What is LEO carrier?
LEO carrier has four shelf levels. The number of shelf levels can vary depending on the project and application. Each shelf level corresponds to one picking order, for example. This makes the LEO carrier ideal for multi-level order picking.
The vehicle can be easily moved manually using the fixed handles. Employees can take LEO carrier into the aisle for order picking or pull it into the correct position for loading. As soon as LEO is positioned back on the lane, the AGV continues its journey.
You can use the mounted tablet to drive LEO to various destinations. Thanks to the "home base" function, LEO always returns to you after a mission. The simplicity of the LEO system is of course retained: The route and various stopping points can be easily changed using the LEO track and markers.

Which applications is LEO carrier suitable for?
ORDER PICKING
LEO carrier is ideal for use as a picking trolley that accompanies the order picker during the process. LEO carrier could also be used to transport picked goods to the packing stations - fully automatically! LEO carrier could also pick up express deliveries and take them directly to the packing station without any detours or distribute incoming goods in the warehouse.
DISTRIBUTION OF INCOMING GOODS
LEO carrier distributes goods from goods inwards to various locations in the tote rack. The vehicle is simply sent to the relevant rack rows and the employees on site place the goods in the correct locations. Thanks to a WMS interface, space allocation can also take place automatically.
PRODUCTION SUPPLY
LEO carrier is loaded at the supermarket. The employee then simply sends the AGV to the relevant destination via tablet. The LEO is unloaded there by the employee and placed back on the lane. Thanks to the "home base" function, LEO always returns to the supermarket.
RETURNS MANAGEMENT
Employees can load LEO carrier with returned goods and then automatically send the transporter to the rework stations. LEO carrier then brings the goods back to the warehouse.
TRAVELLING BUFFER WAREHOUSE
Thanks to the shelving levels, LEO carrier offers sufficient space for various containers or loose goods. If the transporter is used between two production lines, it serves as a travelling buffer store.
